A bit about me

My mother always said I was a bit of a trouble-maker, and now, having stepped on more people’s toes than I can count in my writing, I think I probably have to agree with her.

But that’s not the only reason I write. I also put pen to paper, and fingers to keyboard, to share my experiences of life, too, and my passion for information, and my thirst for weird tidbits of information that somehow seem to change the whole picture.

So, if you want to come along with me on my journey of discovery, (currently standing at 12 books and counting, on a range of completely disparate topics) buckle up! Whatever else I can tell you about my writing, it certainly won’t be dull.

A bit more about me…

I’ve been writing professionally for 25 years now, and it’s amazing my fingerprints haven’t worn away. I’ve written for Jewish papers, national papers, governments, websites and even ran my own PR company for a few years (it almost killed me….)

Now, I write books on a wide number of topics, and I go wherever my curiosity and anti-authoritarian streak takes me.

I live with my husband (who really deserves a Nobel prize, or maybe, two Nobel prizes) and my two kids in Jerusalem, the most beautiful, intense and crazy city in the world, and the only place in the universe where eccentric, orthodox Jewish writers like yours truly can pretend to be a little bit normal.
