Tuning forks and cold showers

So, this will probably be one of my stranger posts.

(There’s a lot of contenders for that title tho….)

Let’s just jump in, shall we?

And now, let me tell you a weird story that happened in Uman two years ago, and which I didn’t mention before because I didn’t want my readers to think I’m ‘delusional‘.

But hey, too  late for that now, so let’s plough right on!

So, it was the Rosh Hashanah of 5781, when the State of Israel decided no Jews should go to Uman ‘because of Covid’.

Zelensky’s Ukraine closed the gates three weeks before Uman, and my husband the lawyer read the small print on the announcement and saw the exact date the ‘no entry’ would begin. My whole family booked tickets to get there before the close off date.

And then the Ukrainian government lied and said the date had been moved forward 24 hours, while we were in transit to Ukraine from Portugal.

My husband had a seperate flight to Borispol airport, but me and my girls came in, all by ourselves, to Juliani airport – and basically got abused and mentally and emotionally tortured for hours by the Ukrainians, until some miracle happened and we were released 10 minutes before shabbat.

They put us on a bus in the middle of the airfield, with 10 Ukrainian soldiers, and then had a doberman circling the bus so we wouldn’t ‘try to escape’.

Amongst other things.

I got out of that by clapping solidly for an hour.

As per Rabbenu’s advice, on how to sweeten massive harsh judgements.

(I’m ‘delusional’, remember?)

So, we’re in Uman for three weeks, and it was VERY intense.

One day in my hitbodedut, I started thinking about tuning forks. And then, I started thinking about the vibration of music. And then, I got the urge to research it more, and I came across something like this article, which was written back in 2007.

Snippet:

In 1939 Joseph Geobels [sic]( propaganda Minister for nazi Germany)was the first to push for all music world wide to be played and listened to at A-440hz.
He failed.
But in 1953 the Elite had a meeting in london to finally IMPOSE the a-440hz Standard Concert Pitch. And Succeeded.
Prof Dussaut of the Paris conservatory had a poll of over 20,000 of the head classical musicians of france and they all voted unanimously for A-432hz but the Elite does not care what others think now do they?

If you go to that link and scroll down, you’ll find a lot of interesting discussions about the difference between 432 hz and 440 hz, and how they may or may not affect human beings, physiologically, emotionally and spiritually.

We won’t get into that right now, but BH, I’d like to cover it in more detail, in a future post.

So, I’m reading how the Nazis tried to ‘change the pitch’ of music…. And how that actually happened in 1953.

And then, I had the crazy idea to go and find a tuning fork somewhere in Uman, so I could change the pitch back.

How was I going to do that?

By banging the tuning fork 18 times off the corner of Rabbenu’s grave, and letting the tzaddik do his his thing.

(Remember, I’m delusional…)

Even for me, this was a stretch.

But I figured I may as well give it a shot, as things were plenty strange enough already, that year in Uman.

I told my husband I had to find a tuning fork, I told our taxi driver, Sergei, and he drove us around looking for one.

There were two music shops in town. One of them told us that ‘some one like you’ (i.e. a Jew) had just come in and bought their last tuning fork. Which was weird all by itself.

(What?! There are two Jews in Uman trying to buy a tuning fork on the exact same day?!)

But the second one still had a tuning fork – and I bought it for the experiment.

Thank God, it was such a quiet year, that I could find a few minutes when no-one was in there.

I banged the tuning fork off the kever 18 times – then I scarpered.

And since then, I have been thinking that somehow, sound, vibration, frequency, it’s got to be the answer to all this.

Because nothing happens at Rabbenu stam.

And especially not that year, at that time.

I am still working on trying to figure out more ‘specifics’, as it all relates to disabling the nanotech in the shots, but over the last 2 1/2 years, I’ve been using the forks on myself and my family – and in lots of ways, they get things to move.

Across all three levels of body, mind and soul.

BH, I will write more another time, but the Biofieldtuning site – and McCusick’s two books – are a great place to start learning more for yourself.

But the best way to learn is to do the experiment yourself.

The Wim Hof Method.

This isn’t shmirat eynayim friendly, but it sums up a lot about Wim Hof, and his cold exposure and breathing method of controlling the body’s autonomic nervous system:

First, the good news:
My correspondent, who suffers from a severe, debilitating illness (that she thinks was the first round of what got tried again, with ‘Covid 19’) initially saw some almost miraculous health results, very fast, when she started following the Wim Hof Method.
Like, oedema disappearing over night…. feeling returning to feet that had been 70% numb for a very long time…
Now, the bad news:

Five weeks on, they started experiencing heart arrthymias and chest pain…. and so did two other people who started doing the Wim Hof Method with them, around the same time.

At this point, I’d only been doing ‘Wim Hof’ for two weeks with my husband.

Again, you can go read up about it yourself, do your own research, be aware that he says don’t do it if you are epileptic, pregnant of have cardiac issues.

My experience of the breathing was that it helped me to identify the ‘inner voice’ that keeps telling me to give and stop, and that I ‘just can’t do it’.

Whatever ‘it’ is.

But otherwise, I didn’t like the breathing part very much at all.

But I TOTALLY LOVED the slow introduction to cold showers, and the whole idea that:

So, I ditched the breathing, but I’m carrying on ‘training’ with the cold showers, and I can now do a minute.

Cold showers are very good for improving the body’s circulation, and after the whole thing with my husband’s foot, I’d come to the conclusion that was something to try, anyway.

And it’s probably also helpful, for trying to get ‘clogged’ blood to start to circulate better again, through a ‘clogged’ body.

BUT VERY SLOWLY DOES IT.

You can literally die from cold exposure if you try and jump into ice baths without any real practise or slow lead up to gradually getting accustomed to cold.

I was pondering why the whole ‘breathing’ thing bothers me, and what I got to is this:

The Eastern religions, and especially idolatrous ‘yoga’, have hijacked breathing, and teach their adepts that ‘breathing is in our control’.

In Hebrew, breathing – neshima – is very close to soul – neshama.

We are essentially a lump of clay, that had the life, the breath, the neshama blow into us, by Hashem.

Breath is God’s domain, not ours.

I have come to the conclusion that while it’s totally fine to ‘breathe deeply’ a few times, or in a focussed way, as soon as I start to tell myself ‘I’m in control of the breath’ – that’s where I’m going to hit problems.

God is in charge of the breath.

And the best way to benefit from breathing, is to ask God to ‘breathe me’ properly and appropriately, especially when I’m doing things like hitbodedut.

This is a work in progress, and my view might develop, but so far, this is where I’ve got to.

As always, these are just my personal musings, and some suggestions for things you may or may not find interesting to explore more yourself.

Human health works across all three levels of body, mind and soul.

There is no ‘one thing’ you can do that will heal everything, but the closest you get to a ‘magic bullet’ is doing hitbodedut for an hour a day, because then in your hitbodedut, God will tell you what else you need to do, or try or change.

Do your own research, think for yourself.

And also be aware that there are literally thousands, maybe tens of thousands, of people out there, like me, looking for solutions to how we can heal from all the damage being done by EMF, Covid 19 nanotech and CERN.

We will get to those answers together, with God’s help, at the right time in this process of teshuva and geula.

And whatever they are, they are probably going to be very surprising, so keep an open mind.

Must watch: Died Suddenly

I spoke to my friend, who a couple of days ago lost a 40 year old friend who ‘died suddenly’.

On Shabbat, the 40 year old said she felt unwell, and went to lie down.

She never got up again.

She was perfectly healthy.

I know it’s hard, but we have to come out of denial.

God has a plan here.

And our teshuva and prayers is a huge part of it, going forward.

‘Delusional’

I got the following response to the last post, via email.

I told my correspondent I’d answer his points on the blog, as all this is useful to move the discussion forward, about what God really expects from us, at this stage.

AND WHAT WE CAN REALLY DO, ANYWAY.

At this stage.

First, here’s the email:

You are also being delusional…

1) “If you still believe that the shots are helpful… etc… then you are on your own and will probably have to face the consequences of your decisions…” etc
but if not… if you’ve finally woken up after 4 shots you will be saved… are you playing G-d here…?
2) On the other hand if “you don’t believe in the power of prayer to reverse ingesting poison and in the Ein Od Milvado…” then you are also going to end up lost…? even if you never took a shot… really?
3) You’re grasping at straws because you’re desperate for a way out for millions of people who chose wrongly... so now you are on to a new theory that since nanoparticles and rdna molecules are too tiny to have regular laws of nature operating them physiologically so that means they can be reversed on command by our praying them away but if they were large enough to have laws of nature associated with them then we’d be in trouble… do I have that right…?
and finally…
4) “Hashem has been taking people in and out for a long time now so that is not anything to worry about…”
oh yeah? when was the last time He took 20mil men women and children out in the space of just a couple of years…? hint: it wasn’t anytime in recent memory… I think that would have been ww2 and called the holocaust…
20mil plus and counting… why didn’t any of them get a chance to be saved by prayer but the next 20mil will be because you say it has to be so according to your spiritual calculations…?

There’s a fundamental ‘issue’ here, which is that most of us don’t relate to this physical world as a place where the soul gets fixed, and as a ‘corridor’ we have to pass through, to get to wherever we’re heading in the eternal Upstairs.

We are down here to fix our souls, and serve Hashem to the best of our ability.

Full stop.

Once we have completed that job, in whichever way the job needs to be completed, we have no more ‘need’ to be down here.

That’s why small, totally innocent children can suffer terribly, and even die – and God is still only and ever good.

If the whole discussion solely revolved around ‘this world’ – you can’t make that statement. At all.

This world resembles ‘hell’ way more than it resembles ‘heaven’ for most people.

And that’s also understandable, because ‘gehinnom’ only fixes the sins that occur between man and God.

The sins that occur between man and his fellow man – that we didn’t make sincere teshuva for – are fixed by us returning to this lowly world, where this time, WE’ll be the one being abused, or hurt, or taken for a ride, or ripped off….

Why?

Because there are spiritual debts that we need to ‘pay down’ from a previous life, and that we all 100% signed up for, when we agreed to come down here again to try and go through that whole, difficult process of fixing our souls, for eternity.

So, when people start screaming ‘how could a holocaust happen?!?!?!’

Or, ‘where was God, when six million people died!?!?!?’

Or, ‘where is God today, how can He let all this bad happen in the world?!?!?!?’

I totally get where they are coming from.

BUT.

And this is a huge ‘BUT’ – this lowly world is where the soul gets fixed. And where the soul gets tested. And sometimes, where the soul gets tortured, hurt and even killed.

The point – for each ‘soul’ – is not so much what’s happening to them, but what happens next. What happens as a result of that test. Do they go closer to Hashem, or go further away? Do they fix whatever it was they needed to fix, spiritually, or not?

That’s the whole point here, the whole ikker.

Remember Elazar ben Dordaya?

If not, take a look at the Gemara, Tractate Avoda Zara, 17a. Here’s a brief snippet, translated from HERE:

They said about R. Elazar ben Dordaya that he did not leave any harlot in the world that he wasn’t with. One time, he heard that there was one harlot in a town by the shore, and she would take a pouch of dinarim as her payment. He traveled to her, crossing seven rivers. When they were together, she passed gas, and said “Just like this gas will not return to its place, so too is Elazar ben Dordaya, who they will never accept him in teshuva.

Elazar ben Dordaya was so upset by the harlot’s words, he went on a serious journey of teshuva.

His teshuva was so sincere, so intense, he actually died immediately afterwards.
And then a heavenly voice came out, which said that not only had Elazar ben Dordaya been accepted in Shemayim, he’d also been accorded the title of ‘Rabbi’.

If you look at this story from the eyes of ‘this world’ – what a bust!

I mean, the guy is dead…

If you look at the story from the point of view of him doing what he actually came down here to do, i.e. to rectify his soul – what a success!

Rebbe (Yehuda HaNasi) said about him that he attained his share in the world-to-come in a moment.
While others toil a whole lifetime to achieve it.

This whole thing with the Covid shots, with people getting ill, dropping dead, the whole transhumanism agenda – it’s all just a test designed by God, to fix our souls.

The people who understand that, and who make the sincere teshuva required, and who come closer to God, in the midst of all this tremendous suffering and uncertainty, at least by the end of the process – those people pass the test with flying colours. It’s a great outcome, spiritually.

Even if they end up dead.

And those people who go the other way?

Even if they are ‘unvaccinated’, and living on some farmstead milking their own goats in an earth-bermed fortress, if they are going further away from God, instead of coming closer – then it’s a really bad outcome for them, spiritually, even if they live to 120.

Of course, God wants us to have both.

Olam hazeh and olam habah.

But sometimes, it seems that’s not possible.

And where a choice is required, it seems obvious that the eternal spiritual outcome has to take precedence, even if it looks so horrible and bad, from where we sit down here.

Personally, I believe that teshuva, prayer and charity CAN sweeten everything.

There’s precedents for that from our history – look what happened at Purim time, when Hashem turned the mountain over our heads, and the whole nation responded with three days of fasting and massive teshuva.

I.e., they followed the instructions of the true Tzaddikim, Esther and Mordechai, for how to try to ‘sweeten’ the awful decrees of Haman.

There is nothing new under the sun.

So, it boils down to our free choice.

Each person can choose to come back to Hashem at any point in this process, however many shots they took, however many difficulties they are experiencing.

And if they choose that, then spiritually, eternally, it’s a positive outcome.

And the opposite is also true.

We have to take responsibility for ourselves, and stop trying to guess God’s cheshbonot with other people.

Of course pray for others!

Of course, do whatever we can to spread light in the world, to counter the darkness, and to serve Hashem with everything we’ve got, which includes fulfilling whatever responsibilities we have to others, and to build God’s world to the best of our ability, instead of destroying it.

But we can’t live other people’s lives for them.

And we can’t pretend to know better than God, why apparently ‘bad’ things have to happen to apparently ‘good’ people.

Each  person has to do their own work.

Each  person has to take responsibility for themselves – because ultimately, the only soul we can ‘fix’ down here is our own.

And as long as this process is bringing us closer to doing that, in whatever way that’s required, it’s going to be a positive outcome, whatever happens ‘down here’.

====

I know people don’t like to hear this.

And I apologise if I’m stating things a bit too bluntly for ‘comfort’.

But God is in charge here, and God is only and ever good.

And our job is to recognise that, and understand that our best bet of getting out of difficulties in this world, is to put God firmly in the picture, work on our own lack of emuna and bad middot – and follow the instructions of the True Tzaddikim.

And we may still end up dead, at the end of all that.

But at least, we’ll have ‘olam haba’.

And that’s the whole point of being down here.

Quantum physics and the power of prayer

Here’s the bottom line:

The outcome of the experiment depends on the viewer.

Or, to put this another way:

What people think and believe, mamash affects physical reality.

Mamash.

This isn’t ‘wishful thinking’, or ‘losing touch with reality’ – it’s quantum physics.

Yesterday, a bunch of readers showed up to join me for a Zoom call, where I probably spoke too fast, and tried to cover way too many things.

(Sorry!)

But despite all that, it was still a very positive experience, because one of the things we discussed in detail was this idea that:

What we believe, our mindset, our fundamental attitude – it’s the key to changing the reality we currently find ourselves in.

At the very least, for ourselves.

If we believe that God is running the world, Ein Od Milvado, everything can and will turn around for the best (at least for ourselves….)

Then that’s the reality we ultimately create, although for sure this process is going to contain a huge amount of peaks and troughs, and it’s not a ‘linear’ thing

And the opposite is also true.

All the graphene oxide and programmable DNA Origami in the Covid shots is so small, sub-atomic, that it’s operating according to ‘rules’ that are nothing like the standard rules of the physical world.

Again, this isn’t conjecture and wishful thinking, it’s science.

Dr David Nixon has been putting more drops of the Covid shots under glass, and then videoing them in slow-mo for hours, which he then speeds up.

His latest interview can be seen HERE, and if you’re at all interested in what is really in these Covid shots, and how it’s operating, I highly recommend you take a look.

He’s identifying luminous ‘points’ that turn off and on, that correlate with the idea of one of my smart readers that the programmable DNA Origami in these shots (that we know are a fact, they were invented by Ido Bachelet and George Church, amongst others) – are based on bioluminescent archaea.

(Skip that discussion, if you’re not scientifically minded – but if you ARE scientifically minded, feel free to  join in.)

The point is, Dr Nixon’s research is showing the ‘supernatural’ abilities of the nanotech in the shots to create and destroy structures in the human body, and to operate in some very weird, and amazing ways.

To the point where researchers are starting to explore the idea that the stuff in the shots is operating in the ‘quantum engineering’ realm.

Now, go back and read this:

Or to put this a different way:

THERE IS STILL ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING TO PLAY FOR, AND TO PRAY ON.

And what we believe about what’s in these shots, and how it operates, and whether we’re still dealing with Ein Od Milvado, or not, is the decisive factor about the real damage all this evil nanotech can actually do.

At least, to ourselves.

Which brings me on to the next point:

Each person has to take responsibility for themselves.

And there are no short-cuts.

If someone is still blindly believing this is a helpful ‘vaccine’, still blindly believing the government is our friend, the media never lies, doctors are only good etc….

They will have to abide by the consequences of their own beliefs.

And it probably won’t be pretty.

On the ‘alt’ side of this equation, if a person scares themselves to death think there is no way back from this ‘poison’, that the 5…G and CERN can take us all out and kill us any time they want at the press of a button, that humanity is totally and utterly doomed….

Then that is also a ‘belief system’ that they will have to deal with the consequences of.

Personally?

I believe very strongly that God runs the world.

Ein Od Milvado.

And that what I say, do and believe is the biggest determinator of ‘what happens next’ in my own personal world – albeit if God decides that my time is up, then my time is up!

God was bringing people back to the world of the soul long before the vaxx showed up. He doesn’t need Pfizer or Bill Gates to help Him do that job.

I’m not at all a doctor, so whatever you do or don’t do, it’s all 100% your own responsibility.

The point is, God has put a million different ways for healing humanity ‘out there’, and each  person will find their own path, if they are connected to their soul, and if they have a belief system that they CAN HEAL, they CAN TURN THINGS AROUND, if that is what God wants.

And if God doesn’t want that?

Then we submit to His will!

Happily!

Because He is the Master of the World, not us.

I also covered off the more ‘spiritual’ angles of good health, which basically boils down to following Rebbe Nachman’s advice to do hitbodedut for an hour a day – and to feel and acknowledge all our pain then – but then to spend the next 23 hours as happily as we can.

And to do pidyonot, preferably via the Shuvu Banim website, but you pick your own tzaddik and take your own responsibility for what happens next.

(I think I heard someone tutting when I mentioned the pidyonot, like ‘o not all this again’ – but you know why I keep bringing it up?

Because it really works.

There are spiritual rules operating here, as Rabbenu explains very clearly, and when we pay a pidyon to a real tzaddik, we are substituting ‘money’ for ‘blood’ – i.e. illness and suffering.

But Rabbenu also explains there are people who care more about their money than they do about themselves….

So, what we can we do, with people like that?

Interesting times

This is not an easy post to write.

Last Thursday, news started circulating on social media in Israel that a 16 year old boy ‘died suddenly’, for no reason, when he was sitting with his friends outside on a street.

I like a fair bit of what he posts, but Amram is very ‘pro-vaccination’.

In the screenshot above, he’s having a go at one of the boy’s family members, who is basically saying her relative ‘died suddenly’ thanks to the Covid shots.

In shul this evening, the uncle of our landlord came over to my husband, to tell him our landlord’s niece just ‘died suddenly’.

Our landlord is in his forties, so I can’t imagine that his niece would be older than in her twenties, max.

One thing I can tell you, is that my landlord’s whole family were very into getting the shots and wearing their masks.

Every Saturday night, my husband learns chevruta with a friend of his.

Tonight, the chevruta got cancelled.

The chevruta’s mother is in town, and just when Shabbat got out she got a text message that the 40 year old daughter of her very good friend just ‘died suddenly’.

Coincidence?

I have a lot more to say about this, but slowly does it.

I could hear the fear in my friend’s voice as she was telling me about the 40 year old, above.

My friend was emotionally coerced into getting two shots, so she could get on a plane to visit her elderly mother.

While she was telling me that ‘they don’t know what happened’, I could hear in her voice that she is starting to develop a real fear that all those ‘crazy conspiracy theories’ about the shots being, ahem, not so good for a person’s health and longevity, ahem, might just be true.

I really feel for her.

Here’s what I want to say, for now:

There is still everything to play for, and everything to hope for, and EVERYTHING to pray about.

Rav Natan of Breslov wrote that God is so great, that even if a person already went to a doctor, God can still heal them!

For years and years and years, I puzzled over this sentence.

Now, I’m starting to understand the tremendous ruach hakodesh in even the smallest throw-away comments in the authentic Breslov works.

As ‘the problem’ starts to swing into much clearer focus – and make no mistake, that is what we are starting to experience, here – many people are going to be faced with a very difficult internal test.

The yetzer wants us all to believe that anyone who got ‘vaccinated’ is now automatically stuffed, game over.

I don’t believe that – not for a moment.

BUT – there is an awful lot of sincere teshuva required here, and an awful lot of fundamental life-changes required here, to start turning things around.

Remember, the Tanna who stood on the serpent’s lair and got bitten – but didn’t die?

He explained something profound:

It’s the sin that kills, it’s not the snake bite.

God is in charge here.

Only God.

And sincere teshuva, charity and tefilla can cancel out all the harsh details.

Teshuva, Khazarians, xtian propaganda – and the importance of birur

I’ve been having an interesting correspondence with a reader over email.

Long story short, he’s basically saying that all Ashkenazi Jews are suffek Jewish, and probably descend from the Khazarians.

(BTW, I’m not writing this to encourage personal attacks on my correspondent, he’s a thoughtful, learned person and he’s after the truth… He’s also an Ashkenazi Jew himself, connected in to the families I keep writing about, and he went to the mikveh recently to do a ‘toyvel suffek l’geyrus’….)

In short, he’s a good guy.

BUT.

There is a but here, of course, otherwise I wouldn’t be typing this.

I can’t agree with his approach that all Ashkenazi Jews are probably suffek Jewish Khazarian descendants, and we just get to ‘blame’ all of the problems of the Jewish world on them.

Not least, because so many of the prominent Sabbateans I’ve been writing about actually clearly descend from Sephardim.

I’m bringing this up, because it’s connected to something else I’ve been thinking about for a while, and that’s how so much of the ‘alternative information’ you find online is being put there by xtians.

And while much of that information can be useful, and much of it is true – there is a huge, massive ‘xtian blind-spot’, deliberate or otherwise, when it comes to how evil xtianity itself actually is, and how good real Jews, and authentic Torah Judaism actually is.

And because we’re all lapping up so much of this ‘alternative information’, especially the slick video variety, many of us are also kind of getting ‘infected’ with a viewpoint that is skewed against real Jews and the Torah.

I know, I know.

It’s all so confusing, and it’s just so much easier, mentally, to split people off into ‘totally good’ and ‘totally bad’.

That’s the ridiculous, narcissist paradigm we were educated with (brainwashed with….) that ‘people’ are either 100% with us, or 100% against us. That they are either 100% ‘perfect’ and ‘tzaddikim’, or 100% the opposite, God forbid.

That paradigm is keeping us stuck in the world of lies, and the very first thing required here, if we are really interested in exploring what the truth is, about what’s gone on, is to chuck it out.

Nobody and no-one is ‘ONLY’ 100% good, or 100% bad.

Even the biggest tzaddikim we ever had,  like Moshe Rabbenu, like David HaMelech, like Rabbi Akiva, made occasional errors and mistakes.

And if we don’t grasp this simple idea, we just won’t be able to really figure out what’s going on here.

Because we’re still stuck in that ‘narcissist, fake-division’ brainwashing paradigm, many of us can’t understand how secret Sabbateans could ‘morph’ from writing Sabbatean tracts to having descendents who were part of the Baal Shem Tov’s ‘mighty men’.

But that’s because we’ve forgotten about the awesome power, the awesome gift of TESHUVA.

Thank God, if there is one thing that I can say about real Breslov, is that Rabbenu’s path and advice makes that gift of experiencing true teshuva possible for everyone.

I have seen time again from my own life, from my own self, how the process of making real teshuva can and does totally transform a person. And that path is open to all.

From the Rav, Rav Berland, I’ve also learnt so much, not least that the biggest souls ever created got thrown into the deepest spiritual muck – i.e. our world of 2022.

Because they have the biggest, most difficult job to do.

To ‘wake up and make teshuva’ in whichever dung-heap they are currently located, and then to find their way back to God, from there. And in the process of doing that, they will blaze a trail back to God that others in that dung-heap can also follow.

So for me, it makes total sense that these crazy Sabbatean families contain both the biggest spiritual ‘lights’ and the biggest spiritual ‘darkness’.

They contain both the ‘luminaries of fire’ and the ‘luminaries of light.’

And it’s our job, to use our free will, our discernment, the gift of hitbodedut, to think for ourselves, and to pray that God should enlighten us about who is really who.

There are no short-cuts, here.

There is a process going on, across all levels of body, mind and soul, where we have to really take the time to sift ‘good from bad’, and ‘lies from truth’.

But the main point of all this, the main ikker, is to develop a real soul connection with Hashem, by getting to know ourselves, and by doing that birur within.

That’s something that most of us just don’t do.

We tell ourselves stories about being ‘good people’, or about being ‘bad people’ – but both of those descriptions are essentially false.

We are a holy, good soul that only wants kedusha, and yearns for good and to be closer to God, every way it can.

AND

We are a lowly, material body, that is selfish,  lazy, angry, greedy, scared, anxious, depressed and addicted to a bunch of stuff, including expensive coffee and really good dark chocolate (yum!).

Both of those sides are ‘the real us’.

Both of those sides express themselves at various times.

And the trick here, the ikker, is keep doing the birur within, because sometimes, the yetzer dresses up huge sins as ‘big mitzvahs’; and sometimes, what we think of as ‘huge sins’ (like taking the time to sit down quietly, and look after ourselves a bit) – actually are the biggest mitzvahs, the biggest kindnesses, a person can do.

So, don’t discount sincere teshuva.

Because it changes the whole picture fundamentally, in so many ways.

And now, let’s just end this post with what I’ll call some ‘birur musings’.

These are things that are occuring to me, that might not be occurring to you, but that maybe you want to consider.

First off, I just want to point out how ‘truth and lie’ can and does co-exist, very happily, all over the place, which is why WE OURSELVES NEED TO DO THE BIRUR.

About everything.

Even the stuff I write about here.

My correspondent pointed to the fact that so many Ashkenazi Jews rushed to assimilate and leave the Torah as some sort of ‘evidence’ they must have been fake Khazarian Jews to begin with.

I know someone personally, a Russian guy from the former USSR, who had a brit milah aged 44, more than 30 years ago.

He now keeps a kosher home, lives in Jerusalem, sent his kid to ‘religious school’, and he also made the decision never to work on Shabbat, even though he isn’t ‘shomer shabbat’.

Think about it.

How many of the guys out there would volunteer to have a brit milah aged 44?

Who is like your people, Hashem?

Even if he is descended from ‘Khazarians’ – and that’s a big if – this guy’s mesirut nefesh for Hashem’s commandments is outstanding.

So, don’t give up  on anyone, don’t buy into all the ‘xtian propaganda’ sloshing around, and understand that while we’re all after ‘the truth’, much of ‘the truth’ is still hidden in the shadows.

And most of all, remember the great power of teshuva, to turn the whole picture around, literally from one end to the other.

The story isn’t  over yet.

This is happening in America

Around Rosh Hashana time, Chabad Rabbi Michoel Green came under attack from his local ‘child safety’ agency in Massachusetts.

Why did they do this, you ask?

There is one reason:

R’ Green has been an outspoken critic of the mandatory Covid-vaccinating, satanic police state that you might otherwise know as the ‘United States of America.’

And around Rosh Hashana time, the PTB who run the satanic polices states of America (SPSA, for short) decided that they’d had enough of R Michoel Green writing religious exemptions for Jews who didn’t want to get shot up with GO nanotech and heart-attack inducing DNA origami.

So, they started going after him and his family, and accusing R Green and his wife of ‘neglect’.

How was R Green ‘neglecting’ his kids, you ask?

In a whole bunch of shocking ways.

He wasn’t shooting them up with every ‘mandated’ product that Big Pharma has been manufacturing especially for the kiddies, as part of the CDC approved Childhood Vaccination Schedule.

(That same CDC that is still refusing to release the real data showing how many people, including many thousands of small children, have been killed and maimed by the Covid 19 nanotech shots….That same CDC that is totally and utterly corrupt, and that is staffed by a bunch of people with very tight ties to the Big Pharma they are meant to be policing….That same CDC that lied, and lied and lied again, about ‘safe and effective’ vaccines, and about the need to wear masks, and about Covid starting off life in some bat market in Wuhan….As if.)

He was using holistic healers and methods to heal his children, instead of booking them appointments with people who think that zapping people with mega doses of radiation and cutting people open is the only way to overcome diseases…(As if.)

And the biggest crime of all, he was continually speaking out about the Covid 19 plandemic, and these awful, evil, killer shots being forced on everyone by the PTB and the Department of Defense in the Satanic Police States of America.

Now, the SPSA has moved to persecuting other members of R’ Green’s extended family.

(Did I mention that America’s Child Protection Service are the biggest source of small children for the elite’s satanic pedophile rings? No? Whoops, my bad, sorry.)

Where is Chabad in all this?

You know, Chabad, those people who love to pack the Oval Office full of their representatives at Chanuka time?

But from what I can tell, more and more of the people on the street – you and me – are no longer falling for all the tricks and flashing lights.

I personally don’t know ANYONE in Israel who has rushed off to get their 4th booster, for example.

And even the people I know in the UK who got it, they pushed it off for a couple of months, despite the nagging of their doctors.

So, slowly slowly, things ARE changing.

More and more people ARE waking up.

I guess there’s only so much ‘ignoring’ even the densest person can do, when hundreds of thousands of people start falling over dead in spectacular ways all over the world, shortly after getting their ‘safe and effective’ Covid shots.

So very soon, the SPSA – and their fellow travellers all over the world, including in Israel – will find that the world of lies that gives them their power over us, and that gives them their ability to harass people like R Green, has totally collapsed.

And then… they will have to face the music.

If I were them, I’d make plans now to move to Mars, or something.

(Oh right, now I remember: all that space travel stuff is also totally made up. My bad…Maybe we can just ship them all off to Epstein’s ‘pedo island’ and let them fend for themself in a carbon-negative environment where fires and cars aren’t allowed, but Covid boosters are mandatory, every 3 months….That should do the trick, nicely.)

Drawing conclusions – and details on Zoom meeting Sunday 20th

Fourteen years ago, I took an art class at the Israel Museum for a year.

I learnt a lot in that class, including how to paint and draw.

But even more than that, I learnt a lot about myself, as how you express yourself in creative forms can tell you a huge amount about what’s really going on, under the surface.

So, August rolled around, and I started to have that familiar worry that I needed ‘something to do’, after the chagim.

I checked the Museum website – and decided to take the plunge, on the ‘advanced art class’.

Why not?

No masks this year….no young kids at home…. time to develop my drawing and painting a little more.

I’m up to my third class, and just like 14 years ago, I am learning a bunch of new stuff.

Mostly, about myself and how I’m currently ‘reacting’ to life.

Today, the teacher set up some weird, complicated still life in the room, and told us we had to draw it in charcoal.

I’ve never really used charcoal before, although I can draw pretty well.

So, I didn’t know what to expect. I put my easel fairly close, sat down to draw… and after 15 minutes I started to feel totally overwhelmed and like I just wanted to run away.

I stepped out for a breath of fresh air, stepped back in and took a new sheet of paper.

I realised that I was having a subconscious niggle that my proportions weren’t ‘exact’, and that the teacher was going to start critiquing me.

(What?! I’m 49…. since when do I care what the teacher thinks?!)

But…. I did.

So, I took the new sheet, started trying to measure the proportions with the charcoal, the way real artists do, and to put connecting points and geometric lines all over the place….

And after 10 minutes, I felt like running away even more.

I stepped out again for some fresh air, and I started to catch this voice inside telling me this, over and over:

You can’t do this… it’s too hard. You can’t do this… give up now….You can’t do this….you are just wasting your time…

What on earth?!

I felt like I’d regressed 35 years and was back in my horrible art class with my horrible art teacher.

I took a deep breath, stepped back inside, and grabbed a third sheet of paper.

I’m just going to draw the cardboard box all the weird still life is sitting on…. I thought to myself.

How hard can that be?!

Five minutes later, I was so deep in the pit of despair, I had to go and sit outside for a bit, and cry.

Probably, it was an emotional ‘flashback’, where some unresolved trauma from the past gets triggered off by a similar sort of circumstance in the present.

But again, I was just having very strong urges to run away, and just give up.

Stupid, stupid, why did you leave your bag with your car keys by the easel? I started berating myself. Now, you can’t get out of there without making a scene…

Just then, a classmate passed me by on the way to the toilet, and I realised I had to stop ‘reacting’ to this situation like I was 14, and actually deal with it like a grown up.

Can you please ask the teacher to step out for a moment to talk to me? I asked her.

She nodded, and a couple of minutes later, I was trying to figure out what was so upsetting me about the art class – together with the teacher.

You are trying to draw it the way I’m teaching, instead of the way that comes naturally to you, she told me, after a minute.

Stop doing that, and everything will fall back into place.

I felt instantly better.

====

As I worked on the weird looking still life, doing my best but no longer getting so hung up on the outcome, I pondered on how many of our kids are getting totally and utterly crushed by a school system that expects conformity.

I did OK in school only because I read really fast, and I’m good at regurgitating material in exams.

But the whole way along, I was getting into serious trouble with my teachers, because I literally couldn’t stand most of what passed for ‘teaching’ in the classroom, and I was fighting the system every step.

(One of my kids had the same problem…. thank God for Covid and home learning. It meant she actually came out of school with a bagrut.)

School just doesn’t seem to be set up for anyone who has a tendency to think for themselves, or to do things their own way.

A few days ago, I was talking to someone ‘chareidi’ about a possible shidduch with one of my kids.

This kid prays from the heart three times a day; she’s been to Uman a lot; she visit kivrei tzaddikim for fun, with  her friends. And she dresses very tzniusly, albeit with her own unique style.

But apparently, none of that matters so much.

What REALLY matters is, does she want to send her children to Beis Yaakov?

I sighed a deep sigh.

Because really, what thinking, sensible person who really wants their children to  have an authentic relationship with Hashem, would WANT to send their daughter to a ‘Beis Yaakov’?

Or to a ‘frum-robot-producing’ yeshiva?

For once, I don’t have a neat moral to tack on to the end of this post.

There’s a general theme going on, that while rules and guidelines are useful and helpful in some way, as soon as ‘the thing’ gets totally wrapped up in all that red-tape, and totally smothered in all those ideas about ‘the right way to do it’ – it totally kills the creative, alive, joyful spiritual impulse.

Also in drawing, and also in shidduchim.

And that brings me back around to this theme I keep writing about, that I feel so strongly that Hashem is inviting each of us to JUST BE OUR AUTHENTIC SELVES, in order to get to the next stage of geula in one piece.

And that is way, way harder than it sounds.

If you only knew all the confusions, the doubts, the forward and backward that’s gone on behind the scenes, to get this song to this stage….

But now, finally, it’s arrived, BH.

In my chats with people, it seems that so many of us have been going through a lot of confusion, up and down, and intense emotional turmoil, over recent weeks.

I know I certainly have.

Underneath it all, is this burning question of what am I really doing with my life?

And, am I really living the life God intended me to live, and doing what He wants me to do?

That’s been sparking off a lot of changes, and a lot of yearning for changes, in a bunch of different ways.

I will write more about this when it’s a bit more ‘settled’, but I feel that God is pushing all of us to start travelling towards putting our ‘real self’ out there in the world, and to live a more authentic, honest, and simple life.

This has so many different aspects, so many different facets, but the starting place is to start living life as ‘the real us’ – whoever that person actually is.

And not just to live life in ‘robot’ mode, or ‘mindless zombie’ mode, where we let the media, or ‘experts’, or even, our mum, do all the thinking and deciding for us.

In other news, it looks like the Zoom class will happen, BH.

One of my readers wanted to know what the ‘experiment’ part is.

I won’t be zapping anyone with UV  light, or seeing if their veins glow in the dark….

The ‘experiment’ is just to see if anyone is interested in learning more about how health really work from me, over zoom, at least once.

With a view to encouraging people to participate more in the process of keeping themselves and their families more healthy, and to stop relating to illness as 100% a physical issue.

Human health spreads across the three dimensions of soul, mind and body.

And all three areas have to be ‘working’, for us to be truly healthy.

So, the class will just be explaining how this actually works, probably with some real examples, and also just sharing information around that you’ll hopefully find useful, on what is going on right now, and how to stay healthy in our increasingly mad world where the ‘tech’ being rolled out is literally trying to kill us….

It will probably be on a Sunday in the next couple of weeks, and I’ll figure out a good time for all time zones.

Light vs light

Following on from yesterday’s post, here’s some more evidence to consider.

First, remember all that fuss at the height of the Covid 19 plandemic, when people were using UV light to ‘kill’ the Coronavirus?

If you forgot, here’s a reminder of just one of those scientific studies from HERE- which is puzzling me, honestly, as now we know that no lab anywhere in the world has ever successfully isolated and purified SARS-CoV2.

If you didn’t understand that today’s ‘science’ is built on a mountain of lies, and that most of today’s scientists are deliberate misinformation artists, then add the above to the mound of questions to be asked about what is really going on here.

I had extended family members who were irradiating every package that came into their home with ‘Covid killing UV light’, at the height of the plandemic, based on articles like the above.

Now we know that graphene oxide nanotech is actually excited, and made many times more toxic by this UV light….

That’s back at the beginning of people getting the shot, when they started to figure out that vaxxed people now had ‘glow in the dark’ veins and injection sites – which only showed up under UV light.

But, this only works when people are walking around with the nanotech required for these ‘genetically encoded photoswitches’ to work.

I know all this stuff is heavy, really heavy, but DON’T PANIC!

And don’t give up.

Once we know what the real problem is – and that is being more clearly laid out, day by day – then we are well on the way to finding more of the ‘real solutions’ that will work to destroy this nanotech, and reverse and / or thwart what they are hoping to do.

The first thing to say is STOP WITH THE SHOTS.

At this point, really any shot, any ‘vaccine’, as the GO is most probably in all the products being produced by Big Pharma.

That’s not a guess, it’s a fact.

LaQuinta Columna researchers have found GO in a ton of other vaccines and shots, including the flu shot from Winter 2019 – shortly before ‘Covid 19’ is meant to have begun.

The second thing to say, is educate yourself about how the human body,  how human health, really works.

Western medicine creates a false divide between the ‘hunk of meat’ that is the body, and the animating energy of that ‘meat’, which is the soul.

Emotions and spiritual concerns play an absolutely massive part in human health, and there is way more to ‘holistic health’ and holistic healing than just eating organic carrots and going for a jog.

The third thing to say is that we all have to connect back to our souls, and connect back to God, really, to get past this next stage of geula.

Regular talking to God, real teshuva, real emuna, real trying to figure out our own bad middot….

There are no shortcuts to this part of the process, and sooner or later, everyone will have to cross that very narrow bridge to their true self.

Or stay a mind-controlled robot-zombie (at best…)
