Israelis have a very dark sense of humour.

I guess you kind of have to, to deal with all the madness that goes on here so much of the time.

A few days’ ago, someone decided to create a spoof website advertising a spoof ‘demonstration’ on the Ayalon Highway, this time for L’Ag B’Omer:

It reads:

Let’s block the Ayalon in the merit of Rabbi Shimon….

Men: Ayalon Southbound

Women: Ayalon Northbound

Long story short, it seems a little more open this year, and you can actually get there by private car this year – but they are still doing their best to kill the vibe of L’ag B’omer with Rabbi Shimon.

I don’t know if they are planning more dirty tricks in Meron this year, or not.

But the Rav said in his prayer for the new moon of Iyar that everyone should make the effort to go this year – and that’s good enough for me.

Baruch Hashem, more than 5,000 people have now seen this video, and have a much better idea of how the government really arranged the murder of 45 pilgrims to Meron, two years ago.

As time goes on, I think it will sink in for more and more people, that this ‘right wing’ government has just as much Jewish blood on its hands than any of the left-wing yuckies, just they are way more sneaky and hypocritical about it all.

But in the meantime, we forgive, because that’s healthy, mentally and spiritually.

But we never forget what they did in Meron 5783.

And we continue to hope that one day, real justice will be done, and those who are guilty of the deliberate murder of 45 holy Jews in Meron two years ago will finally be brought to justice.

PS: BH, my eyes are starting to do a little better, but I’m still taking things easy online at the moment.

The stress of all this has definitely been getting to me, on a number of levels.
